Ok one more that’s fitting for bedtime. Rusty was one of the first alt bands that I really got into in the 90s and they always stuck with me. Their first album was played heavily on CIUT and MUCH back in the day and it was really a great time for Canadian indie. I can’t see these guys making a million dollars but the environment at the time helped propel them into notable indie rockers. I miss these days.
Imagine that. I used to have hair like the lead singer of the Ghandarvas. Back in 93-94 that boy cut undercut was all the rage and I rocked it until 96. Way past it’s prime.
Canadian content. Apparently Mikey and Kelar at AmoebaCorp designed some shit for the Ghandarvas in the past. This song is pure nostalgia.
As pathetic as it is I had the mega crush on the chick in this video. Still ingrained today. 90s Canadian alt how I love you.
